WHO: We are after the brightest, most driven recent/future grads from Kyiv! Preferably with a background in Engineering or Business, applicants must be graduating before July/August 2012, or have recently graduated and have no more than 2 years of full-time work experience. WHAT: The Global Management Trainee program is an intensive 10-month cross-functional training program that is designed to attract and develop the future leaders of and AB InBev. After the 10 month rotational training period, you will be placed in an entry-level management position and be expected advance rapidly and cross-functionally within the organization. WHERE: All over Russia and the Ukraine! During the 10 months of training you will travel to breweries and sales regions all across the country. Once the 10 months of training are complete, your first position could be anywhere in Russia and Ukraine! WHEN: The 2012 Global Management Trainee Program starts in late July 2012.
